Form Respondents
If you complete a form created by a LeadsFetch customer, the information you submit is primarily controlled by that Form Creator.
LeadsFetch does not determine the purpose of the form or the questions included in it.
We do not use contact information collected through customer forms to independently contact Form Respondents for marketing purposes unless otherwise authorized or required.
We may process information submitted through forms as necessary to host, transmit, secure, maintain, and provide the Services to the Form Creator.

If you submitted information through a LeadsFetch form and want to access, correct, or delete your response, you should generally contact the Form Creator directly.
Because LeadsFetch processes form responses on behalf of Form Creators, the Form Creator is generally responsible for responding to requests relating to those responses.
Where applicable law requires LeadsFetch to assist with such a request, we will provide reasonable assistance to the Form Creator.
You may also contact us directly if you believe LeadsFetch independently controls the Personal Data involved in your request.
